Bootcamp is for you if you are looking for a great workout learning a ton of technique, for people wanting to shed some pounds or lean out, for people looking to get back into fitness, and for those endurance junkies looking to gain some strength training going into their off season. At the beginning of your bootcamp you will also receive an individualized nutrition guide based off your goals and your body composition test as well as a body composition test at the halfway checkpoint and at the completion of your 8 weeks.
