Essentials-Level 1

  • $180 per month

  • 60 minute Zoom intro with your Head Coach to determine how we will make your workouts fit your needs and your goals

  • Daily programming tailored to each client individually based upon your goals, space limitations, available equipment and schedule.

  • Coach email contact 1-2x per day

  • Tools that you need: Email, text, Zoom

Advanced- Level 2

  • $240 per month

  • 60 minute Zoom intro with your Head Coach to determine how we will make your workouts fit your needs and your goals

  • Daily programming tailored to each client individually based upon your goals, space limitations, available equipment and schedule.

  • Coach email contact 1-2x per day

  • Nutrition check in’s 1x/week via email

  • 1x30 minute Video online/in person check in per month 

  • Coach provides: Food list, eating template, online EHP resources, supplementation guidance

  • Tools: Food Journal, email, text, Zoom

Pro- Level 3

  • $360 per month

  • 60 minute Zoom intro with your Head Coach to determine how we will make your workouts fit your needs and your goals

  • Daily programming tailored to each client individually based upon your goals, space limitations, available equipment and schedule.

  • Coach email contact 1-2x per day

  • Nutrition check in’s 2-3x/week via email

  • 2x30 minute Video online/in person check in per month- ability to do movement screen through video

  • Coach provides: Food list, eating template, online EHP resources, supplementation guidance, macro calculating, explaining the WHY behind all the nutrition information so you can really learn and create new habits.

  • Modification of Macros monthly based off of previous months results

  • 1 Body composition test and measurements a month (if local)- otherwise we provide you with resources to take your own measurements and submit them to us

  • Online Video goal reviews and nutrition plan updates

  • Monthly Sports Psychology lesson planning with goal implementation.

  • Weekly Sports Psychology check in and reflection with coach

  • Tools: Food Journal, email, text, Zoom
