All classes are instructed by a Certified CrossFit Trainer and will last one hour.
At EHP CrossFit, you will never have more than a 15:1 athlete-to-coach ratio.
This ensures that you will have adequate coaching and technique instruction.
In these group classes, you will definitely sweat, laugh, and push each other to be better than the person you were yesterday. You will have a great appreciation for all the ability levels of people in your class and that you are all a part of the same team!
BaseCamp is for people who are new to CrossFit, new to EHP and have a moderately high baseline level of fitness. We will be performing a prospective athlete one-on-one interview and movement screen to see if you are the right fit for this program. In these 6 classes, you will learn about basic CrossFit movements, key CrossFit terminology, and the ins and outs of being a member at EHP CrossFit.
Elevate is for you if you are ready to get back into fitness, or want a great workout without needing a ton of technique. You have access to certified coaching, recommended grocery shopping list, at home workouts, weigh ins, measurements and challenges. Elevate focuses on getting your body to move in a better way and getting into a healthy routine. It meets you where you are at.
CrossFit Littles is for kids 3-5 years old. The Littles class is twice a week for 30 minutes. During class, coaches keep things upbeat and moving to captivate the kids attention. We work on movement and development fundamentals during this class.
CrossFit Kids is for kids 6-12 years old. This class is twice a week and we make fitness a fun experience for kids by making workouts into games. We go over movements such as the squat, deadlift and presses focusing on correct movement, not the weight. We also emphasize on their ability to move their own body weight through space.
CrossFit Teens is for kids 12-18 (until high school graduation) years old. It is three days a week. Two of the days we focus on metabolic conditioning and the third day we focus on developing strength. We work on mental and physical strength in this program.

Adaptive Class at EHP CrossFit is specifically for people with disabilities. Classes provide fitness modifications for athletes with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. We focus on the athlete’s abilities rather than their disabilities.
Recommended for ages 55+. EHP’s longevity is designed to promote and improve your quality of life. Our program will be structured for up to 5 days a week and include: resistance training, mobility/yoga, and cardiovascular and endurance training.
EHP houses the MN Barbell club and houses new and experienced lifters. MN Barball prides themselves on exceling in the technalities of Olympic lifting, but more importatnly, supporing teach other in training, competition and all aspects of life.
This 8-week challenge sets out ot help our members get fit, lose weight, gain energy and obtain the life you want. Through this 8 weeks you will learn and implement healthy eating, sleeping and exercise habits that help boost your metabolism, lose fat and gain muscles.
We know that for so many reasons we fall off on our health, nutrition and exercise. You have already taken the time to do a deep dive for 8 weeks of your life… and if you remember well, you felt like a Rockstar during your Body Transformation Challenge. We have the date you filled out and can confirm it. So something happened and you got out of your routine. This 8 week reboot is designed to get you back into the swing of it and give you the accountability that you need to do it!
Yoga is an intergral part of utilizing your body’s flexibility and mobility to decrease your injury rates, restore your movement and work on establishing a sound mind, body and spirit.

Empowerment scholarships are specifically for women who are survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, family violence, and/or those who have experienced the adverse affects of addiction and emotional harm. All of our coaches who coach our classes have been through trauma, informed coaching classes.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you are looking for specialized small group coaching with individualized programming we have you covered. We can set you up on a plan that works for you and your family.
Not quite ready for the group training setting yet or want a personalized training plan? We offer personal coaching for ELEVATE, Longevity, Kids, CrossFit and Speed/Power Agility.
If you have an event that you are training specifically for, our coaching staff and program and implement the perfect training program for you! These coaching sessions will occur in one hour sessions.
Have a particular individual goal that you want to meet? Work with a coach one-on-one and we can program a training regimen that will help you achieve your goals.
You can choose one class, 5 classes, or 10 classes.

Whether you are looking for a fun way to have a kids or adult birthday party, a team building event, military/public service training efforts, or just a group of friends who want to try something different, EHP has you covered. If you want to rent the space out for a gathering: shower, reunion or reception we can do that too!
We rent out space out by the hour: Space rental with eqiupment & 1 coach (up to 15 participants)- $95/hour *Add $30 per hour for each additional 15 participants
Space rental without equipment- $65/hour
*Set up and tear down time will be included in the space rental.
