Many women won't be able to do much for pulling movements on a pull up bar as the rectus abdominus takes over, so I will show a bunch of variations below for upper body pulling movements. Upper body pushing will also become a challenge so instead of going to the ground, bring the ground up to you! I'm also going to show some random videos of ground based movements and other modifications just for fun!
